SmoveyVIBROSWING/Noridc Walking helps people with Rheumatoid Arthritis

Let me introduce to Bev Zaniewski, she was participating at the SnowbirdFitness program and this is what she had to say;

" I took a practice class for smovey and I loved it. I wasn't sure if I could do it because I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. I realized after the first class that I felt better and I didn't hurt like I though I would. I had more energy, my balance had improved and I was able to move better and I had more statime. This classes changed my life. I am now doing things I couldn't do before. Jolanta makes class seem like a dance insted of an exercise and the workout you get from her is great."
